Where we rely on this legal processing ground, we will mitigate the effect(s) this may have on your privacy by appropriately minimising our use and putting in place adequate access and security safeguards to prevent unauthorised use.
- The processing is based upon a legal obligation. As with any provider of professional services, we are subject to legal, regulatory and professional obligations. We may therefore process your Personal Data for compliance reasons.
