Invoicing

  • When will i receive my invoice?

    Once your order has left our warehouse, we prepare the invoice. You will receive the document via the email address that you provided us.
  • How will I receive my invoice?

    Option 1) We send your invoice as a pdf file by email through our automatic e-billing system. The invoice is sent to the invoice receiver as proposed by your company. Option 2) On your request we can provide you the printed invoice by postal services. For this service we charge an administration cost of 15 euro per invoice.

Sales conditions

  • What are my sales conditions?

    On the pricelist the following sales conditions are applicable:
    1. Transport
    - Our prices are applicable for orders FCA from our warehouse in Erembodegem, Belgium. - Transport can be arranged by our sales department and invoiced to the customer.
    1. Administration costs
    - For each order of less than 250€ an administration and handling cost of 25€ will be charged.
    1. Payment terms
    - The payment terms have to be defined with the Sales Manager.
    1. Remarks
    - Extra documentation and certification requested by the customer will be invoiced. - All products must be installed according to our TDS, see our catalogue and website. - Please consult our general conditions of sale on our website www.profittings.eu or upon request.
  • What are the sales conditions of Profit Europe?

    The general terms and conditions of sales can be found on our website. They are also attached to each quotation, order confirmation and invoice. You can also read them at the back of our catalogue.

Transport

  • My order was shipped with your forwarder, but didn’t arrive on the confirmed delivery date.

    If your order is not delivered yet according to the delivery date, please contact customer service. We immediately contact our forwarder in order to provide a quick solution.
  • What are the transport options for my order?

    Option 1) We organize the transport of your goods for you and inform you with the order confirmation about the freight cost. We established a partnership with different transport companies to provide transport within the European Union at the best price. Option 2) You arrange the transport of your goods with a forwarder of your own choice. We inform you about packaging, weight and pick up date with your order confirmation. In order to guarantee a smooth pick up we kindly ask your forwarder to mention our order confirmation number once in our warehouse.
