Complaints / Return policy
- Contact customer service to report your complaint so we can provide a quick solution in accordance with the ISO standard 9001:2015.
- Please contact customer service, so that we can provide you a quick solution. If you received damaged items (by our mistake) we provide you new material as soon as possible.
- It’s possible to return goods to our warehouse. Please note that Profit Europe does not bear the freight cost if the mistake was made by the customer. Read our return policy here.
- In case of mistakes found in your delivery, please contact customer service. We send you the missing items as soon as possible and find out what went wrong. There’s a possibility to either keep the wrongly delivered goods or to return them. We make the arrangements to return them back to our warehouse and bear the freight cost. - Once your order has left our warehouse, we prepare the invoice. You will receive the document via the email address that you provided us.
- Option 1) We send your invoice as a pdf file by email through our automatic e-billing system. The invoice is sent to the invoice receiver as proposed by your company. Option 2) On your request we can provide you the printed invoice by postal services. For this service we charge an administration cost of 15 euro per invoice.

- Profit Europe accepts orders from customers outside the European Union. Note that the transport and customs clearance has to be organized by the customer. Extra export documentation can be provided at an extra cost.
- Orders are confirmed within 24 hours, for shipment within 2 days max. Delivery date (barring unforeseen circumstances) is mentioned on the order confirmation. Please note that for big order quantities we cannot guarantee shipment within 2 days.
- End-users that will contact us directly will be redirected towards the appointed distributor for a specific region of sales.
- Our business model is focused on partner-distributors. Exclusivity for your region of sales has to be determined together with the Sales Manager.

- On the order confirmation we always mention when an item is not available. We inform you about the expected date of arrival of the materials at our warehouse and offer you the possibility to reserve these items. After your confirmation of this reservation we reserve the goods and send you confirmation of the backorder. Once the goods are available, we will inform you and coordinate shipment.

- If your order is not delivered yet according to the delivery date, please contact customer service. We immediately contact our forwarder in order to provide a quick solution.
- Option 1) We organize the transport of your goods for you and inform you with the order confirmation about the freight cost. We established a partnership with different transport companies to provide transport within the European Union at the best price. Option 2) You arrange the transport of your goods with a forwarder of your own choice. We inform you about packaging, weight and pick up date with your order confirmation. In order to guarantee a smooth pick up we kindly ask your forwarder to mention our order confirmation number once in our warehouse.
